Placing Service Orders

Thank you for choosing Plumb Peak Solutions. When you book a plumbing service, we begin scheduling immediately. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit card, or cash. Once confirmed, we send you an appointment email with full details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours with no charge. After this, changes may incur a fee depending on technician scheduling. For changes, please email or call us with your order number.

Refunds & Service Guarantee

Early Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Warranty Repairs: We provide a 1‑year warranty. If issues occur due to our work, we’ll fix it at no charge.

Unsatisfactory Work: Notify us within 7 days. After review, we may offer a refund or redo the service. Refunds are processed using the payment method used at booking.

Refund Timing

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method:

  • PayPal/Venmo: Instant to 2 business days
  • Amazon Pay: 3–5 business days
  • Apple Pay: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days
  • Cash: Refunded by check or service credit
